Marcombi offers transport services for semi-trailers, containers, tanks and swap bodies from Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid, Seville to their final destination.
We transport any type of merchandise, liquids, bulk, both hazardous and non-hazardous waste, palletized merchandise, large tonnage and special by weight and dimensions.
To be able to do so, we have a fleet of 45 tractor heads, predominantly of the DAF brand, 20 container platforms, all of them enabled for adr transport. Our team consists of 9 staff providing office services, 2 mechanics and 45 professional drivers.
At our facilities in Barcelona, we offer guarded vehicle parking, container movement and depot services, transshipment of steel goods (coils, iron sheets, beams…), stacking of swap bodies and platforms, reconditioning of goods and small mechanical repairs.

Hauling of your transport units
From the terminals (both maritime and railway) to the end customer and return, loaded or empty. Guarded parking for vehicles and containers
In Molins de Rei, Carrer Francesc Layret nº 8 has 7,000 meters of lit yard with an anti-intrusion alarm system and surveillance cameras where you can reserve a space for any type of vehicle and also for a container deposit.
Transshipment of steel goods
We have the right forklifts, suitable equipment and experienced personnel for the transshipment of steel coils, iron plates and beams.
Stacking of mobile boxes and platforms
After unloading the merchandise in moving boxes and pallets, many of our clients ask us to stack the units and take them to shipment. In this way they save on the rate of the ship with empty turns.
Small mechanical repairs and reconditioning of palletized merchandise
Our mechanics are available to our clients to provide solutions to possible unforeseen damages that might prevent the loading or unloading. At our Molins de Rei facilities we have all the necessary tools and machinery to carry out quick mechanical interventions, offering effective solutions so that the vehicle can complete the service. Our trusted suppliers provide us with the parts we need on a daily basis.
Industries we serve
Last year 38% of our services were provided to the chemical industry sector. All our vehicles have the necessary equipment to load and unload in chemical plants. Our staff receives the specific training and information necessary to ensure that the service provided is safe and of high quality. Our drivers have the adr license for the transport of any type of dangerous goods and with an annual periodicity, or more frequent if required, they receive training given by our Safety Advisor.
Last year 15% of our services were provided to the food industry sector. We comply with all required hygiene and safety standards. Our drivers are aware that they are transporting products destined for the food industry and they know that the handling and transport must be carried out under the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Last year 10% of our services were provided to the steel industry sector.
This is the historical industry managed by Marcombi. We were one of the first companies to transport coils in mobile boxes with a coil holder pit.
